Role Objective:
To support the Expansion plan of Malabar Gold and Diamonds by coordinating with various internal and
external departments of the Group and manage day to day operational activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Support Head – Expansion in achieving the business target as per the expansion plan by providing all the
necessary data, information’s and reports.
- Monitor and report day-to-day operations in Marketing, Projects, HR departments of the regional offices
through the respective functional managers and in consultation with various stake holders to convey the
status of expansion.
- Monitor that the company decided plans, policies, processes and procedures are implemented at regional
and store level and report to Head -Expansion.
- To coordinate with various internal departments, regional offices for expansion related activities till store
- To coordinate with Legal department for Letter of Intent(LOI), Memorandum of Understanding(MOUS), and
- Monitor that the upcoming projects and existing project renovations are going as per the decided plan by
regularly following up the regional project coordinator and project team in MHQ for updating the status of
- Monitor that Marketing activities are going as per decided plan by coordinating with Marketing Department
in Region and Corporate as and when required.
- Monitor that HR activities are going as per decided plan by coordinating with HR department in Region
and Corporate.
- Consolidate reports and with respect to the assigned area in a timely manner and report to Head - Expansion.
- Responsible for recording and filing minutes of departmental meetings and inform Head - Expansion
for further action.
- Responsible for coordinating, monitoring and analyzing the progress of key initiatives based on strategic,
financial and operational metrics and be accountable for reporting and rectifying deficiencies observed.
- Keep a schedule of events and calendar dates for the Head - Expansion.
- Perform other duties of Day-to-day operations assigned by the Head - Expansion, as and when needed.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role incumbent from time to time as a
standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities
and agreed between the incumbent, reporting manager and HR.
