Campaign - Plan and execute marketing calendar, marketing projects, campaigns. - Ideation and creation of collaterals, distributing them in various media and social platforms and measure its impact and effectiveness. - Create and execute SMS and E-mail based marketing campaigns, execute Social Media efforts and strive to improve the results in terms of KPIs e.g. likes, shares, tweets, etc. - Responsible to generate leads for store and track its conversion.
Media Coordination - Perform activities relating to Search Engine Optimization on a continuous basis. - Review and actively manage website and other online assets and sources. - Analyze market research and plan promotions, competitions and other various creative marketing techniques based on the research results. - Participate in various facebook and online group activities on daily basis and post marketing content
Customer Feedback - Responsible for managing online reputation of its region and ensure timely resolution of complaints and feedbacks.
Reports & MIS - To generate reports as per functional requirements. - Responsible to generate leads for store and track its conversion. - Work closely with website maintenance team in order to ensure timely updation of store page and any offer page. - Managing google my business review and ensure timely reply to customer.
