Job Summary: Do direct sales of Malabar Developers Residential Projects through execution of sales initiatives ensuring alignment with overall business strategy of MDPL.

Roles and Responsibilities :
• To act as the face of Front Line Sales.
• Execute sales plans, forecasts and sales initiatives and deliver sales targets of Malabar Developers.
• Proactively engage in sales visits, calls, sales programs and other sales initiatives to achieve the overall sales target of MDPL.
• Generate lead through various sales and marketing activities.
• Assist in marketing activities like Hoardings, Print Advertisement, Radio and other localized Marketing Campaigns in co-ordination with Corporate Office Malabar Developers.
• Follow up customer enquiries and outdoor sales activities.
• Accompany customer for demo of mock up flat and site visit.
• Educate customer on product price and other amenities.
• Educate customer on various projects and guide them to choose the right option.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Build good relationships with the potential customer.
• Responsible for revenue generation and payment collections on Agreement execution.
• Provide frequent reviews with sales data to superiors.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle grievances and queries.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Responsible for networking with major industry players and gather information’s on competitor’s business strategy and their activities.
• To be constantly updated with market situations.

Any other additional responsibility would be assigned from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR
