Job Objective: To manage sales activities in the region to maximize sales revenue, profitability and market share of MDPL in the Trivandrum region through implementation of sales initiatives ensuring alignment with overall business strategy of MDPL.
Primary responsibilities: -Develop and implement sales plans, forecasts and sales initiatives and deliver sales targets for the year for the residential projects of Malabar Developers at Trivandrum location. -Monitor sales activities of Trivandrum regions including sales visits, calls, sales programs and other sales initiatives to achieve the overall sales target of MDPL. -Build good relationships with the potential customer and get business for the organization. -Accompany customer for demo of mock up flat and site visit. -Ensure signing of sales agreement including verification of the deed, dispatch of sales deed to client and advocate, registration payment collection etc. ensuring adherence to timelines. -Develop and implement best practices across sales team for client interaction, sales and services. -Keep track of competitors’ activities and plan activities to succeed in the market. -Oversee the inauguration of new projects and final handover of property to customers. -Collate and consolidate inputs from different regions and provide clarification/ support to regions, if required. -Share best practices between different regions to leverage the learning from one region to another while also ensuring consistency and standardization of practices. -Provide guidance to the sale team for carrying out their day to day work efficiently. -Recommend marketing plans for target accounts for new product launch and placement in market.Assist in marketing activities like Hoardings, -Print Advertisement, Radio and other localized Marketing Campaigns in co-ordination with Corporate Office Malabar Developers.
