To manage overall Marketing of Malabar Developers (Offline & Online) in full align with the overall corporate Marketing guidelines to achieve business targets.
Assist in the development and implementation of the industry specific marketing plan and marketing budget ensuring alignment with business strategies, brand priorities, guidelines and time lines.
Support business development, corporate and project teams with critical information on marketing trends, demand assessment, customer tastes and preferences, to enable effective decision making and meet target customer demands.
Conceptualize web, digital and social media marketing campaigns and coordinate with the Information Technology (IT) function in managing and executing these campaigns.
Monitor the development and management of website specific information like enquiry handling, broker interface, schematics, promotional material etc.
Constantly monitor expenses against budgetary allocation and study variance report.
Periodically conduct studies through external agencies to understand effectiveness of marketing strategy and identify action plans to strengthen marketing initiatives
Design and implement branding initiatives including brand attributes, positioning, values and visual identity guidelines in line with MDPL’s brand image.
Determine project positioning and target customer groups for each project; develop project specific communication based on target customer groups, finalize plans and designs for the sample flats to ensure completion as per defined quality and time lines.
Conduct monthly research to benchmark best marketing practices, latest developments and trends.
Manage and review department MIS and ensure periodic reporting of the same to the Top Management
