Manage License related case. 4. Support HR department to build healthy employee - employer relations 5. Support HR department to identify, address and resolve workplace issues 6. Follow-up and monitor litigation 7. Drafting and vetting of various agreements 8. Update the management regarding the changes in employment laws. 9. Managing ESIC, PF, statutory, labor cases before various authorities Remarks : The candidate shall have experience in the following matters
