4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• To execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to coding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create various web landing pages required for marketing activities.
• To execute mobile app design and template
• Design intuitive site functionality, interaction, user interfaces.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Develop fast and highly scalable (responsive) web and mobile designs, using HTML5, CSS3 and latest Javascript standards and best practices.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Collaborate with designers to make sure all user interactions and features are implemented correctly.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Have to collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners and ensure smooth cordial relations.
• To measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Improving the user experience on the company’s website (Includes design, content and usability).
• Develop and monitor Campaign budgets.
• Timely monitoring and ensure to give feedback in case of any concerns to reporting authority.
• Responsible for the day-to-day activities and guidance of team members. Sets targets, implement guidelines, and assist with any issues the employees may have.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
