Experience : - 10-12 years' prior experience in Learning & Development. - 2 years in leading L&D for a large organisation. - Experience of facilitating workshops/programs with senior leadership
Job Objective : To lead, oversee, manage and develop Training and Development Programs across the Malabar Group.
Key Responsibilities :
a)Training & Development: • Conduct training needs assessment exercise. • Discuss with Business and Functional Heads to understand the training needs. • Develop Training Programs as per the training needs and training plans. • Prepare Training Calendar and communication. • Execute the Training Plan through formal classroom learning, online, coaching/mentoring, on-the-job development and other innovative practices. • Direct training and development processes ensuring all new hires receive high-quality orientation and on-boarding experiences.. • Develop and recommend budgets and control expenditures within approved budget objectives. • Manage key vendor relationships for programs including material, invoices and related contractual commitments. • Managing and reconciling of Training & Other budgets allotted to the region. • Establish the leadership development aligned with the organization's business strategy. • Develop an integrated leadership development curriculum that accomplishes desired leadership capability at all levels. • Develop existing Training Unit so as to enable its growth as a Learning Academy and an Independent Profit Centre.
b)Training Centre: • Supervise the day-to-day operations of Training Centre to ensure that training class rooms and accommodation are well maintained. • Ensure that the trainees attending the training program maintain the decorum while staying in Training centre.
