To monitor the marketing activities taking place in the store to ensure achievement of overall sales target.
To lead the CSR activities taking place in the stores
To create the overall business development plan for the stores ensuring alignment with the overall stores target.
To create individual business development target ensuring that the overall targets are met.
Collect leads from different sources of prospective weddings and develop a database of potential customers
Monitor the entry of leads into the CRM software
Ensure that the leads are assigned to different business development executives based on their location
Monitor the visits of the business executives through GPS tracking and ensure updation of the same into the CRM software
Make follow up calls to the prospective customers visited by business development executives to ensure that the visit has been successful.
Visit high net worth customers to convince them to make purchases from Malabar
Lead and ensure proper implementation of the marketing campaigns at the store based on inputs from the regional marketing team.
As part of the CSR initiative of the stores, monitor the eligibility of applicants to various charitable schemes introduced by the organization.
Support the HR team in carrying out background verification of prospective candidates based on the guidelines provided by the team
Calculate the incentive to be provided to the business development executive based on conversion of visits to actual sales
