To enhance customer satisfaction level through effective customer handling by maintaining the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in adherence to industry standards
To implement effective customer handling procedure to minimize customer grievance level by efficient management of guest relation executives of concern showroom
To ensure effective involvement in CSR activities of concern Showroom
Responsible to achieve customer delight by effective management of Executives- Guest Relations in customer handling
Ensure necessary support for all CSR activities of concern showroom
Responsible to upgrade company brand image to enhance maximum customer appeal
Overall responsible for customer grievance management and liasoning with other departments on critical issues.
Responsible to monitor Customer Review reports and trends
Responsible for maintaining regular and effective communication with Call Center for analyzing and improving Customer Service review based on Customer feedback
Responsible for providing information on products and procedures of Competitor through continuous competitor analysis
Responsible for the Scheme related activities as assigned
Visit HNI and regular customers in the assigned region as a part of marketing support to drive sales and increase the footfall.
Responsible to support all the Marketing campaigns and BTL activities of concern showroom
