• Achievement of marketing conversion target
• Assist in the collection of leads from different sources of prospective weddings and develop a database of potential customers
• Make customer visits based on the leads assigned by the marketing manager.
• Provide the visit details to the marketing manager and ensure that the visits are updated in the CRM software
• Accompany the Marketing Manager in visiting high net worth customers to convince them to make purchases from Malabar
• Execute the marketing campaigns at the store based on inputs from the marketing manager.
• As part of the CSR initiative of the stores, check the eligibility of applicants to various charitable schemes introduced by the organization.
• Support the HR team in carrying out background verification of prospective candidates based on the guidelines provided by the team
