To execute recruitment related activities including manpower planning, searching, screening and interviewing, and facilitate hiring of appropriate talent.
- Ensure all recruitment related documents such as CVs, offer letters, etc. pre and post recruitment are in order and as per the required standards established for the selection of the right people into the target roles
- Support in Issuingthe offer/ rejection letter, control negotiations with the candidate and act as the liaison between the business and candidates so as to facilitate the successful recruitment execution
- Manage induction and on-boarding process of new hires to ensure the required orientation programs are provided in a timely manner.
- Support in ensuring proper background verification of new hires as per organizational guidelines
