Sales and Customer
• Receive the customer and engage with the customer to understand the customer’s requirement
• Introduce the various product offering to the customers and facilitate customer buying decision
• Prepare the estimate of the products selected and complete the sales transaction
• Understand the queries and complaints from the customer and address with right solution
• Assist the customer when there is a sales return or repair work

Stock
• Count the stock daily by managing the record of the opening stock and closing stock in the section allocated
• Report the sold sock in the section for reordering to the section head for timely stock replenishment

Work area & Display
• Responsible for proper and attractive display of the products at the appropriate counter free from dust and dirt daily
